Kel’s Kapers Enrolment

Initial Contact
Reach out to Miss Kellie for an informal chat to determine if Kel’s Kapers has a suitable vacancy for your family. This discussion will consider your needs, the service’s operational hours, current vacancies, and the age of your child(ren).
Meet & Greet
If a potential placement is available, arrange a meet-and-greet session. This allows your little one to meet Miss Kellie, explore the environment, and gives you the opportunity to ask any further questions.
Pre-Booking Form Submission
If offered a placement, you will need to complete a Pre-Booking Form for Kids at Home Family Day Care. Miss Kellie will email this form to you, and you can sign it electronically.
Enrolment Invitation
After the pre-booking form is submitted, you will receive a Welcome Email from Miss Kellie, including a link to complete the full enrolment process. The enrolment link can also be found on this page, but please do not complete it until the pre-booking form has been submitted.
Enrolment Fee Payment
You will receive an invoice for the enrolment fee, which must be paid electronically before the enrolment is finalised.
Direct Debit Authorisation and Bond payment
Kids at Home will invoice families $200 for a security bond.
